Friday, 22 August 2025 – Darussalam Pilotage Services Sdn Bhd (DPS) organised a briefing on Competency-Based Career Pathways: Mapping Tasks to Progressive Skills Levels at the DPS Training Centre, as part of its ongoing commitment to workforce development and organisational excellence.

The session was delivered by Professor Madya Ts. Dr. Wan Hasrulnizzam Wan Mahmood from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM). The briefing brought together DPS staff across various departments, providing valuable insights into structured career progression and the importance of aligning individual performance with organisational goals.
