Wednesday, 11 March 2026 – Darussalam Pilotage Services Sdn Bhd (DPS) successfully carried out its Kasih Ramadhan programme as part of the company’s ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, aimed at supporting underprivileged families in Kampung Serasa, Muara, during the holy month of Ramadhan.

Led by the DPS Acting General Manager, Nor Ariffin Hj Mohd Ali, the DPS team visited and assisted eight socio-economically disadvantaged families, including orphans, single mothers, and persons with disabilities (OKU), delivering support aimed at easing their preparations for the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebrations.

Also present was the Village Head of Kampung Serasa, Awang Abdurrahman bin Haji Othman, who witnessed the distribution of assistance.

Essential food supplies and financial contributions were personally delivered by the DPS team to ensure that each family received the support needed in preparation for the upcoming Hari Raya festivities.

The Kasih Ramadhan programme reflects DPS’s belief in the importance of extending care and support to those in need, especially during significant occasions that emphasise generosity, empathy, and unity.

Beyond providing material assistance, the initiative also served as an opportunity to share encouragement and compassion with the families visited.

Through initiatives such as Kasih Ramadhan, DPS remains committed to supporting the community and contributing positively to the well-being of those in need.
